Replacing Damaged Items and refund

Some items cannot be returned; items which are personalized or customized to your specifications or if it a gift.

We guarantee the design, fabric and manufacture of all products, If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit at no cost, or if you prefer to return the item, we will refund the item’s price to your original payment method.

** Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items.

Cancellation by us:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. In case we do not deliver to your area, we will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible.
