Replacing Damaged Items and refund
Some items cannot be returned; items which are personalized or customized to your specifications or if it a gift.
We guarantee the design, fabric and manufacture of all products, If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit at no cost, or if you prefer to return the item, we will refund the item’s price to your original payment method.
** Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items.
To request a refund you have to upload a picture of the damaged item. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 1 hour of receiving the item.
If you receive a delivery from us but it’s not what you ordered, we’ll be happy to fix that. Simply send us directly and we will respond to your request within one business day to do a replacement.
Cancellation by us:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. In case we do not deliver to your area, we will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible.
